Construction has commenced on the Extra Care housing scheme in Hebburn town centre. Dome has been supporting South Tyneside Council with their Extra Care programme on multiple sites since 2022.

This new development, delivered by Karbon Homes in partnership with South Tyneside Council and constructed by Robertson Construction will provide 95 specialised apartments designed for independent living with on site support.

Featuring a public bistro café, a wellness suite, communal lounges, and a dementia-friendly wing, this community-centred space will be a game changer for residents.
