Westhoughton Town Hall was historically used by Westhoughton Town Council for council meetings but has been unused for some time and fallen into disrepair. Bolton Council appointed Clear Futures to provide a turnkey solution for the design and construction phases of the project, to repair, renovate and refurbish Westhoughton Town Hall and bring it back into use.
The scope of the project includes repairs to the building fabric, replacement of the building services and internal renovation & refurbishment of all spaces in the building. The refurbished Town Hall will provide much needed high quality lettable office space and also bring the Council Chamber back into use for Town Council meetings.

Dome is providing project management and cost management services to Bolton Council via Clear Futures, as an embedded part of the Clear Futures organisation. All areas of the project management process are delivered through the partnering agreement, design team management, programme management, risk management, procurement advice, project governance and contract administration.
