South Tyneside Council are considering improvements to Hebburn Town Centre. A series of interventions are proposed around the existing Mountbatten Shopping Centre, to Fountain Park and to Riverside Park.
The Masterplan Vision for the town will establish a framework for its future over the medium to long term. It would seek to deliver a vibrant, attractive, and healthy town with a secure and sustainable future.
Dome supported the Council and design team in working up a series of costed proposals for each area ranging from low cost interventions to plans of high aspiration requiring significant investment.
