With more housing being developed at Wynyard Park, there is the need for local services to cater for residents. This development will provide 6 commercial units, with Co-operative Food Group being the anchor tenant.
Designed in keeping with the overall Wynyard Park masterplan design guide, once occupied the units will provide valuable amenities and services for the local community.
