Dome is thrilled to be working with our long standing and valued client, New College Durham, on their new car park and artificial sports pitch where we are providing Project and Cost Management services. We have worked with the College and the design team since late 2022 to develop proposals, secure planning and appoint a contractor.
The project has recently commenced construction on site with Cleveland Land Services and is set for completion in Spring 2025.
The new pitch is to meet FIFA standards and will be used by students and will also be available for private hire, enhancing the College’s sports facilities year-round.
