Dome Strengthens Leadership Team With Two Senior Appointments
Project and cost management consultancy Dome has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of two experienced industry professionals as the business continues its growth across the North East.
The Newcastle-based consultancy has welcomed Tom Borsoi as Associate Director and Jenny Robertson as Senior Project Manager, bringing additional leadership, technical expertise and sector knowledge to support Dome’s growing portfolio of projects and clients.
Tom joins the business with more than 15 years of industry experience, having recently worked on major infrastructure and regeneration projects including the refurbishment of the Tyne Bridge and the regeneration of Northumberland Street.
Jenny brings seven years of project management experience and joins most recently from Northumberland County Council, where she played a key role in the regeneration of Blyth town centre and the delivery of a range of strategic capital projects.
Founded in 2021 by directors Ross Hamilton and Andy Horsman, Dome has grown steadily to a team of seven, supporting clients across the public and private sectors.
“We are delighted to welcome Tom and Jenny to the team. Both bring a wealth of experience and expertise that will further strengthen our core service offering and support our continued growth,” comments Andy.
“As we enter our fifth year in business, we are seeing real opportunities across a number of sectors. These appointments are crucial to ensuring we continue to deliver the excellent service our clients now expect, while growing the business in a sustainable and considered way.
“Our success has always been built on the quality of our people, and Tom and Jenny’s appointments reflect our commitment to investing in experienced professionals who share our values and client-focused approach.”
Since launching in 2021, Dome has established a strong reputation for delivering project management and cost management services across the education, healthcare, residential, commercial and public sectors.
The consultancy has supported the delivery of a number of high-profile developments, most recently including work at NETPark for Durham County Council, The Auckland Hotel for The Auckland Project and Mea House for Northumbria University, helping clients successfully navigate complex developments and achieve positive outcomes.
The new appointments come at a time of sustained growth for the business, with Dome continuing to secure commissions across both public and private sector projects throughout the UK while maintaining a strong presence across the North East development and construction market.
With a growing pipeline of work across the region and beyond, the appointments further strengthen Dome’s ability to support clients at every stage of the project lifecycle while continuing to build a sustainable, respected and people-focused consultancy.
