We are delighted to have established an office in Newcastle city centre as part of our development and commitment to the North East. Dome is now based within Charlotte Square in Newcastle, which highlights the business’ commitment to the region, the city and its customers. The new office space is flexible and contemporary and allows us to be agile, active and around similar likeminded people which will help us on our journey.
Dome provides project and cost management services to clients in the property development and construction fields. It was launched in December 2021 by Ross Hamilton, with Andy Horsman joining in June 2022. Dome has had a profitable and healthy start with support from a number of important clients.
The company was created to allow for more flexibility and agility in service delivery approach and is seeking to address a gap in the market for the type of service it would like to provide. Where we are looking to position ourselves is around flexible, high quality bespoke value adding service, and to become a bit of a disrupter and make an impact in the wider industry.
Dome has secured work with several businesses including Clear Futures on the NetPark development in Sedgefield, alongside Durham County Council and with South Tyneside Council.
Looking ahead there is confidence in the pipeline of work, but the aim is to expand the business organically. We want to grow by having longstanding, meaningful and important relationships with key clients. We would like to expand the client base but without detriment to the key clients we have and level of service we provide.
